I was in Vermont from August 20-24, 2006 with the Church of Our Savior. It was a
most enjoyable trip including my stay at your resort. The rooms were very clean – Your courtesy desk employees were more than helpful and pleasant – The food was excellent
and carefully planned – All requests were immediately taken care of.
I enjoyed shopping in the Gift Shop and found exactly what I was looking for and the
prices were economical.
I am hoping that the committee can arrange to return to your resort in the near future
and I will commend other organizations in planning a trip to look into this resort.
It was very thoughtful for your PR to say good-by before departing and gave each one
a gift.

were very efficient. I was in Room 104 with the Women of Our Savior arranged by the

I don’t know how you distribute tips but add the enclosed check to it. I will recommend
your Inn to anyone going to Vermont.

Dear Dave,
My Family recently stayed at your Cortina Inn last weekend for Labor Day and we
were very pleased by the customer service. I am actually writing to praise a particular
manager, Gregory, who is there during AM shift. He was so nice, cordial and so helpful,
and answered every question we had about dining/hiking and our minor details. I have
never met such a nice hotel manager before. Please extend my gratitude towards him.
We were known as the “baby family with extra bed sheet requests.”
