Be sure to bring along your appetite. Cortina Inn and Resort has world-class chefs who will teach you how to prepare the delicious lunch that will be served following your class.
Through suspended mirrors, your group will watch the chef’s hands as he prepares your luncheon. He will also demonstrate how to flame dished and will reveal other secrets to fine culinary achievements.
The luncheon menu will be:
GREEN SALAD - demo of vegetable flowers and other garde manger helpful hints. Pan Seared Statler Chicken Breast: how to select, eviscerate, and cook the chicken along with the chefs suggestions for accompanying sauces, starches, and vegetables. Rolls and Butter Dessert: Bananas Foster. - Flaming of the dessert demonstration, coffee, tea, milk
Your package will include 1/2 hour cooking demonstration, a delicious lunch, recipes, entertainment, Vermont tax, and gratuities.
