We spent a weekend at this wonderful resort hotel. Got in on a Friday afternoon, enjoyed the warm welcome of the hotel staff and got settled into our newly remodeled rooms. The rooms are luxurious with the most comfortable beds and pillows around. We loved the Vermont air, and viewing the fall foliage on Saturday and loved relaxing pool in the evening. There are several nice restaurants for lunch/dinner right around the hotel or you can go into town for more variety.
We loved the Breakfast on Sunday morning and left with a wonderful lasting impression. We will for sure be back. Thanks again for making our weekend memorable.

The resort has only gotten better under the new owners. It is still an awesome, comfortable, spacious inn/resort. It now includes a hot made to order breakfast, the most friendly staff. And just ask. They made cookies for an afternoon tea and cookies sit down. they even called the room to tell us they were warm. the pool goes from 3' to 10' deep, depth for everyone. The Hot tub was cooking. the game room has ping pong, air hockey, fuseball, pool. This is the best inn near Killington. The shuttle stops here. Bring your ice skates for pond skating. Fitness room. Steam saunas. Huge fireplace in the main lobby with ample sitting room and quiet nooks to relax and unwind. Awesome customer service.

I am a bit of germ a-phobe and very particular about hotels. When we went with many families to the Cortina Inn I was instantly concerned - ended up bringing my own blankets and pillows. When I am opened the door to our room, I was shocked....brand new room, great bathroom and extremely nice/comfortable beds!

The pool was perfect for the kids, bar downstairs for the adults and, the best part, the way the hotel is constructed adults can sit in the middle by a fire place while all the kids run around all night (we had ages ranging from 4 - 9). Breakfast is included and is better than what you might get at a newer Hampton Inn (coffee is great and cookies at night rock).

Hotel is a minute or two from Pico and about 10 min Killington.

Staff is very nice! Highly recommend the Cortina Inn! We stayed at the Hampton Inn in at Rutland last time, which is very good, but this is better (unless you want your Hilton points).

I stayed three nights here and felt at home. It was very convenient to the venue that I attended. The room had new granite and bathroom fixtures, new carpet/tile, and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel.

I have just returned from a week long stay at the Cortinna Inn. In first deciding on a hotel I had three primary concerns: good price, clean and comfortable. After staying there I have to say the Cortinna Inn offers this and much more! The staff are welcoming, the full breakfast is extremely delicious and they have a very nice indoor pool, jacuzzi, gym, game room, and sauna (winter). I have to say that I could not have made a better choice. I give it 5 stars!

We have been going to this inn on and off since 1973. It just reopened under new mangement, verry accomidating. The rooms have all ben renovated and are spectacular! Breakfast was excellent and the price was right! We gave this place another visit after being closed for a few years and we had such a nice time that we will be back. Give it a shot, it's worth the trip!!!

From cleanliness to friendliness our experience was better than anyone can expect. The willingness to accomodate any and all requests was second to none and was always accompanied by a smile. Hats of to the entire staff, from the owner on down

The hotel has many recent updates, with a new restaurant opening this month. The rooms were extremely clean. The continental breakfast was generous, with complimentary made to order omelets. The staff was friendly. The lobby with large fire places was really cozy, with many families playing games together. The hotel was a great value for the price. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
“Exceptional and personable service in a warm atmosphere!!!”

This was my second stay at the Cortina and it was even better. The Inn is close to all the skiing and is a great place to relax afterwards. The family that owns the Inn are spectacular and are always on top of things. The rooms were very comfortable and stylish. As for the food...... It was delicious!!! Great pricing for the rooms and the food.

Go for the food and the fireplace! There is a newly reopened restaurant on the premises. The chef is talented and personable. Each entree we tried was excellent. Comfortable seating around a real fireplace was quite relaxing. Nice to stay under one roof after a day of skiing! Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was polite and accommodating. The place had a New England kind of charm. They are in the process of remodeling, but the area that is open to the public is great. Give this place a try you'll be pleasantly surprised.

My husband and I traveled from PA for a long Valentine weekend ski trip to beautiful Killington, VT. We were greeted warmly upon check in to the Inn. That comfortable welcoming atmosphere continued throughout our stay. The owner and his staff were accommodating, responding to our every request. Our room was all new and decorated in a luxury rustic manner, exactly what we like in a ski vacation!! The mattress was soooo comfortable. The bathroom was fully renovated; tile, elevated vanity, rounded shower curtain bar, and lighting. After a full day on the slopes, we enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub before showering to go to dinner. Valentine's Day dinner was in the hotel dining room. The cost was extremely reasonable. Chef Patrick prepared an amazing selection of entrees. And the dessert, Red Velvet Cheesecake, our choice, was phenomenal (and huge.) I finished it after we returned home to PA!! LOL!! The location of the resort was so very convenient, close to slopes and businesses on the access road and close to all that Rutland has to offer as well. The cost, too, was very reasonable, especially when a continental and made to order breakfast was included. I would highly recommend the Cortina Inn to my friends and family and plan to make a Valentine weekend trip there a yearly tradition!!

Hotel was clean, restaurant food was good, free buffet breakfast was good, pool was warm and clean, totally a nice resort and redone, as I had stayed there years and years ago. Well worth the discounted rate we paid(the special 3 day rate),and we will go back.
