We just returned from our first visit. We loved everything about the inn. Our room was perfect for those who travel with their dog -- easy access to the outside & the dog treats were a thoughtful gesture. We especially want to recognize Melody who was the chef at the pasta station on Sat. evening. In addition to cooking our selection to perfection, she was a delight to talk to. My wife and I had forgotten our gift certificate but thanks to your great staff and hospitality, you allowed us to stay and not charge the room to us. I wanted to write to express my appreciation for your welcome and a wonderful stay at the Cortina Inn. It was our 5th trip to the area. I wanted to send an extended thank you to the Front Desk staff, the Tavern chef (the best food ever) and especially Brenda (wait-staff on mornings in restaurant) and her son who baby-sat for us. My husband and I enjoyed an early evening ride through Gold Splashed Mountains, a romantic dinner for 2 and a quiet return to the Inn. It was a very special night out for us. Brenda offering her son’s service was “above and beyond”. We purchased a Chinese Checkerboard to commemorate our relaxing evening there. Many Thanks, hope to see you next year.

Just getting back home since our trip last week. I want to tell you what a wonderful time we had at the Inn, thanks to you! Everything was perfect. We could not have asked for anything more special. It has been a long time since my wife and I have had a chance to get away. I am a pastor and my wife works full time so getting a weekend free or weekdays is very difficult. We really needed that two days away and you made it possible in style. Thank you. You probably deal with a lot of complaining customers at times. Please know you are a blessing to others. I hope to meet you some day. We’d love to come down for your off-season package. Maybe you’ll see us someday! Trust you had a special day spent with your husband. You must be a special couple. We've been spending Thanksgiving weekend at Cortina for seven years and every time we walk into the fireplace-warmed lobby and see the familiar, friendly staff, we feel like we're back home again. Cortina provided our 60 wedding guests with such comfort and service that, even after an entire weekend there, we all lingered for hours Sunday morning enjoying our leisurely goodbyes. Nobody wanted to leave! An oasis of peace and quiet that's still minutes away from the bustle of Killington Road.

Just a little something to thank you for all of your efforts when we were organizing our reunion ski weekend and right through our to our last night at the Cortina! You are a gem at the establishment abd you should show this to the owners and tell them I said so. Everyone else also asked me to express their gratitude and to also mention that we were so pleasantly surprised by the graciousness of all the staff. No matter what our questions were thay were answered and no matter what our needs were they were met. So, suffice to say ~ We've found a welcome, lovely home at the Cortina Inn and Resort.

My stay at the Cortina Inn from was most enjoyable. Your staff was very helpful and courteous. The meals were delicious and plentiful, and the waitresses were very efficient. I was in Room 104 with the Women of Our Savior arranged by the Golden Age and Festive Tours. I don’t know how you distribute tips but add the enclosed check to it. I will recommend your Inn to anyone going to Vermont.

My Family recently stayed at your Cortina Inn last weekend for Labor Day and we were very pleased by the customer service. I am actually writing to praise a particular manager, Gregory, who is there during AM shift. He was so nice, cordial and so helpful, and answered every question we had about dining/hiking and our minor details. I have never met such a nice hotel manager before. Please extend my gratitude towards him. We were known as the “baby family with extra bed sheet requests.”
